Refund Policy

Every purchase in Blob Arena; gems, skins, or any other cosmetic or item is final and non-refundable. We do not give refunds, returns, exchanges, or credit for any reason. That includes accidental purchases, unused gems, buyer's remorse, or losing access to your account.

Gems and cosmetics are virtual items with no real-world or cash value. They can't be redeemed for money or transferred. When you confirm a purchase, you're confirming that you understand that the sale is final.

Privacy Policy

I don't have a lawyer, but I know I need something here, so I'm keeping it very basic and honest:

• I don't believe in selling other people's data, and I will never intentionally do so.
• I don't have any meaningful way to protect your data, so I leave that responsibility up to you.
• The only personal data I collect is your email and username, so I can let you know when I make a new game or update this one.
• Payments are handled by Stripe, so I never see or store your card details.

I hope you enjoy the game, and appreciate how short this agreement is.

Terms of Service

• Blob Arena is a game I made for fun, provided as-is. I plan to make changes, updates, and more but that is never a for sure thing.
• Play fair: no cheating, hacking, exploiting bugs, or ruining the game for others. Accounts that do may be suspended or removed without remorse.
• Gems and cosmetics are virtual items with no real-world value. They are licensed to you for use in the game you don't own them, and they can't be transferred, sold, or cashed out.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable (see the Refund Policy above).
• I might change, pause, or shut down the game or any feature at any time.
• The game is provided with no guarantees, and I'm not responsible for any loss that comes from these changes.
• By playing or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
