🫧 Blob Arena: The Legal Bits

Blob Arena is in Beta. See What Beta means.

Short, and written to match what the code actually does. Last updated 2026-08-07.

Refund Policy

All purchases are final, no refunds.

Every purchase in Blob Arena: gems, skins, or any other cosmetic or item, is final and non-refundable. We do not give refunds, returns, exchanges, or credit for any reason. That includes accidental purchases, unused gems, buyer's remorse, or losing access to your account.

Gems and cosmetics are virtual items with no real-world or cash value. They can't be redeemed for money or transferred. When you confirm a purchase, you're confirming that you understand that the sale is final.

Privacy Policy

I don't have a lawyer, but I can tell you exactly what the game stores, because I wrote it. Here is the whole list.

What I keep

What I never see

Card numbers. Stripe takes the payment on its own pages, and no card detail ever reaches my server or my database.

What protects it

The honest caveat: this is one person's project, not a bank. I do the things above because they are right, and I will keep hardening it as the game grows.

I do not sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to brokers, not to anybody. I never have, and I do not intend to.

What Beta means

Blob Arena is in Beta. That is not a disclaimer I am hiding behind, it is a description of where the game actually is: it is live, it is played, people have spent real money on it, and it is still being built.

So, plainly, what that means for you:

When Beta ends this section changes, and I will not quietly delete it and pretend the rules were always what they became.

Terms of Service

Again I am trying to keep everything simple and real:

If anything on this page does not match what the game actually does, one of the two is a bug. The Feedback tab reaches me.

Made in the USA, for Americans. Blob Arena is built and run in the United States, and it is offered to players in the United States.
